Description
Replacement engine covers with a finned pattern inspired by vintage Triumph accessories.
Fantastic visual transformation that will set your bike apart!
High pressure die cast in aluminium for high quality result and finish, as well as very precise measurements - fits directly in place of the stock items. Hand finished with oven-baked powder-coated epoxy paint for a deep black effect and a strong, durable finish. Mirror-polish version also available.
Supplied with new replacements gaskets, as well as (on the clutch side) retaining clips, bolts and bearing for the internals - see diagram for details.
RHS - you can refit the original (Triumph-branded) ACG roundel, or fit one of the Motone designs for added visual impact.
Fitment
We recommend fitting by a professional.
The covers fit as a direct replacement of the original covers but some of the internal clips/bearings need to be removed and re-used.
The dowel pins (see diagram) are not re-used - fit without locating pins with the new bolts provided.
The covers can be fitted without dropping the oil if you lean the bike completely over on the side, however changing the oil is cheap insurance if you prefer.
